1. Services Overview

KDR provides information about and enables requests for roll-off dumpster rentals, including container sizes, pricing guidance, delivery/pickup scheduling, and waste-handling information. Any estimates, availability indications, or service descriptions on the Site are informational only and do not constitute a binding offer or agreement unless confirmed in writing (e.g., a rental agreement, order confirmation, or invoice from KDR).

2. Use of the Website

By using the Site, you agree to:

• Use it only for lawful purposes.
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through forms or contact tools.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its data, or its systems.
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) without our written consent.

3. Inquiries, Estimates, and Orders

Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or placing an order request on the Site does not create a contract. All rentals are subject to review, availability, service-area confirmation, applicable fees, and acceptance of KDR’s Rental Agreement and policies (including weight limits, prohibited items, contamination fees, scheduling rules, and site access requirements). We may refuse or cancel service where the request falls outside our coverage area, violates policy/law, or presents safety or operational concerns.

4. Dumpster Policies (Summary)

The following are high-level policies; the Rental Agreement controls in the event of any conflict:

• Weight & Overages: Published tonnage allowances and overage rates apply. Landfill scale tickets may determine actual weight.
• Prohibited Materials: Certain items (e.g., hazardous waste, liquids, batteries, tires, appliances containing refrigerants) may be restricted or incur special handling fees.
• Fill Level & Safety: Loads must be even with the top rail—no overfilling or protruding items.
• Access & Placement: Customer must provide safe, unobstructed site access and a suitable placement area. Customer is responsible for any required permits and for surface protection.
• Scheduling: Delivery/pickup windows are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, landfill hours, and safety.
• Fees: Trip, contamination, wait-time, relocation, or blocked-access fees may apply per the Rental Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and design—is the property of KDR or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KDR is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on Site information. All rentals and services are governed by separate written agreements (e.g., the Rental Agreement and any signed proposal/confirmation) which define applicable warranties, disclaimers, and remedies.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KDR, its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
