Scott Kincaide

Owner of KDR Dumpster Rental | Construction Professional

My name is Scott Kincaide, and I built KDR Dumpster Rental after spending decades around construction job sites and seeing how often waste removal created unnecessary problems. Dumpsters were treated like an afterthought, unclear rules, surprise fees, missed pickups, even though they directly affect timelines, budgets, and safety.

KDR was built to remove that friction and make dumpster rental straightforward, predictable, and dependable.

Why I Built a Dumpster Rental Company

Working on job sites teaches you quickly what actually matters. Delays compound. Miscommunication costs money. And when dumpster service is unreliable or poorly explained, it slows everything down.

I built KDR Dumpster Rental to operate the way I always wanted service providers to operate on a job site: clear expectations, honest guidance, and follow-through.

My Background in Construction

Before starting KDR, I spent years working hands-on in construction, including roofing and project workflows that depend on reliable site logistics. That experience taught me how different trades interact and how waste removal fits into the bigger picture.

I don’t see dumpsters as a commodity — I see them as infrastructure that supports the entire project.

What Was Broken in Dumpster Rental

Too often, dumpster rental comes with:

  • vague fill rules
  • pricing that changes after delivery
  • unclear pickup timing
  • policies no one explains until there’s a problem

I built KDR to eliminate those issues upfront, so customers know exactly what to expect before anything is delivered.

Why Our Policies Exist

Policies like the Orange Line Policy weren’t created to protect the company — they were created to protect customers from surprises.

They exist because I’ve seen what happens when expectations aren’t clear, and I wanted KDR to operate differently.

How I Treat Customers

I believe customers deserve:

  • clear answers
  • realistic recommendations
  • time to make informed decisions

If something doesn’t fit your project, I’ll tell you. If there’s a simpler or less expensive option, I’ll explain it. That approach builds trust — and trust is more important to me than any single rental.

Why the Name Matters

The “K” in KDR stands for Kincaide. My name is on the business because I stand behind how it operates.

KDR Dumpster Rental reflects the same principles I’ve followed throughout my career: do the work right, communicate clearly, and treat people fairly.
